The initial program will be undertaken by providing various seminars, training courses, and undertaking practical based community projects to address one or several educational and leadership challenges as the need arise. The end goal of the interaction of the centre and its stakeholders is to share a common ground of the leadership doctrines and shared local and international experiences to empower South Africans to achieve better livelihoods. As founders, we recognize that our conscious or purposeful display of intentions to contribute in the areas of education and leadership intersects with values of individual and community pursuit of happiness and selfless service to our own humanity. 

Most importantly, our programs serve as a home for the many gifted persons who would like the opportunity to contribute purposefully in various domains of human endeavor. The Dr. Judy Rashid Educational and Leadership Programs is, therefore, one of the critical projects to advance the human agency to help ignite self-empowerment of South Africans to do something about their challenges. Thus, the main aim is to actively persuade persons through seminars and other educational and leadership curricula to participate in matters that affect their social, economic, and educational livelihoods rather than to become spectators.
